Your business is important to us and in
order to ensure things go smoothly through all phases of
your granite purchase, we are providing the following
information.

We’ve simplified the purchasing process for you by
constructing a “STANDARD PACKAGE”,
unlike other suppliers who have a tendency to price each
item as an individual specialty. Our standard package
includes:

Overmount sink cutout
(e)
Cooktop cutout & faucet holes
(f)
Field measure

Installation

To put your job in progress, our office requires (a)
a rough drawing with dimensions to obtain an approximate job
cost (b) a signed contract (c) 50% deposit (d) completed
Customer Checklist

Upon contract signing and customer checklist
completion, please allow about 4 days for a measure with
installation to follow in approximately 2 weeks.
(4)
Due to the nature of our business, scheduling
measures and installations cannot be pinpointed to exact
dates and times. Please allow yourself plenty of time to
accommodate the fabrication/installation process.
(5)
Keep in mind that your estimated price is subject to
change following the field measure. Please be advised that
changes after measure may incur an additional charge. If
such changes do occur you will be notified before
fabrication begins.
(6)
You need to allow 24 hours after installation of your
granite tops before scheduling a plumber to install your
sink or other accessories.
(7)
In order for the installation to go smoothly, please
have all appliances (i.e., sinks, cook-tops, faucets, soap
dispensers, water purifiers, etc.) on site and dishwasher
level and in place at the time of installation to avoid
delays and a $250 trip charge for any additional trips made.
(8)
Please have your final payment ready at the
completion of your installation.
We guarantee your granite for
the lifetime of the original installation, so
